The Loch Ness Monster

The Loch Ness Monster is a large unknown animal that inhabit in Loch Ness in Scotland. According to scientist this monster must have appeared in 1868. And the first contact with this animal could have been with a fisherman. This man said that the monster might have tried to attack him because it seems very furious. Also the Loch Ness Monster had to have been through the newspaper Inverness Courier.

There are too many speculations about the monster and also the people who lived in Scotland say that the Loch Ness Monster might appear at night because they say heard strange noise that come from the lake. Also there was a photographer named Robert Rines that took a photo of this monster. Probably this photo could have been the most seen around the world but then he affirmed that the photo was fake.

But I think that the Loch Ness Monster couldn’t be real because there aren’t exist real evidence that can prove if this monster exist or not. Also I think that it has to be a strategy to make people visit the Loch Ness and increase the tourism.

Crop Fields

The circles began appearing in the 1960s and 70s in England and The United States. The sudden appearances of these circles caused intrigue among farmers and strangers.

Some people thought that the circles may have been signals from aliens, they could have been making contact with us. There were a lot of circles with different patterns. Some of them were compared with other circles that appeared in other fields.

When scientists went there to investigate, they said that  there was something strange in the fields. They felt like if they were in a different atmosphere just standing in the circles.

Others thought that the circles might have been created by farmer who lived near the fields. Some farmers tried to prove that they were made by them. But the result of their circles weren't so perfect like the ones that appeared so scientists weren't agree with this theory.

Tablets

The computers putting on stable desks don't fit in with our day-to-day lives. Although laptops are portable, without a doubt, tablets are more compact and the important information you need is at your fingerprints wherever you go.
Tablets have lots of benefits. They are compact, very lightweight and easy to carry. They can be easily held in the hand and can be used while standing as well.
They have WiFi connection, so you can browse the web, access emails and even read books and newspaper. There are apps that can be used for calling and messaging. If you enjoy taking pictures, they can be used as cameras.
They also have disavantages. Tablets overheat in less than ten minutes. Owing to this, they become uncomfortable. They are very fragile, if you drop a tablet, it's probably that the touch screen breaks, so you have to take a good care of it.

The Bermuda Triangle

The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, it is part of the North Atlantic Ocean, where a number of aircraft and ships are said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Popular culture has attributed various disappearances to the paranormal or activity by extraterrestrial beings, but some studies say that it must not be true.

There are many theories about The Bermuda Triangle; some people affirm that it could have been caused by a big storm, they say it because, those kind of storms are usual in tropical weathers. But if you research a little bit more, you can find other theories. People, who study extraterrestrial beings, say that those disappearances might have been caused by beings that are not human beings. They don't find another explanation for this mistery.

But there is a famous story that took place in 1945, there were a group of aircrafts called "The flight 19" that were training in that place, they took off, but suddenly, the monitor lost its signal, and the flight could not be found until now. First thing people thought was it may have been caused by UFOs, even, there are a lot of documental in History Channel that talk about that disappearance that also bottomed out in all people of the entire world.

In my opinion, anybody can't show how certain their theorie is, for example, some people don't believe in UFO, and I believe in them, and I think they may have caused all disappearances there.

But after all, there are a lot to talk about.

The Mary Celeste

Well I am going to talk about an unsolved mystery

The Mary Celeste was a British-American merchant brigantine famous for having been discovered on 4 December 1872 in the Atlantic Ocean, unmanned and apparently abandoned although ,the weather was fine and everything was perfect. It had been at sea for a month. Her cargo was virtually untouched and the crew's personal belongings were still in place, including valuables. None of those on board was ever seen or heard from again, and their disappearance is often cited as the greatest maritime mystery of all time.

There are many  possible theories about  this case.

First, One reporter for the New York Times suggested ,that the Mary Celeste may have fallen victim to an act of piracy, the crew murdered and thrown overboard,but it couldn’t have happened because  there were no signals of violence inside the ship. Another theory says the crew could have killed the captain and his family , then they   went away in a lifeboat , but this theory is hard to believe ,because he was well respected, fair, and able .

 The third theory says the captain must have believed the ship was sinking ,because of a technical problem , so he, his family and the crew   could have  left the ship in a lifeboat  but  ,this lifeboat  sank and never reached shore.

The Bermuda's Triangle

The Bermuda's triangle is located in the North Atlantic Ocean , the triangle three vertices are in Miami,Florida;in San Juan,Puerto Rico;and in the mid-Atlantic island of Bermuda . The Bermuda's triangle is well-known because many people has disappeared when they went there and nobody has returned from there,that is why it is a mystery nobody is certain what is there that makes people disappear, some people say that may have caused by a  huge monster , other people say that might have occurred by UFO's.In my opinion, it could have been caused by the electromagnetic forces that are there therefore, when someone go there their compass get crazy and then they disappear , that disappearances have been dating since 1950's when the Flight 19 disappeared mysteriously.After that the navy TBM Avenger tried to rescue the flight but, they also disappear.According to the US navy , the triangle does not exist.The truth of the matter is that even them don't hazard to go there.The Bermuda's Triangle has named as  the Devil's  Triangle,because  a number of aircraft and ships  have disappeared under mysterious circumstances.In my opinion, someday the Bermuda's triangle will have to be solved.

The Communication is The Base of Every Family

I strongly believe, that children must pay attention to their parents instead of parents paying attention to their children, because the children don't know everything in life.They don't know how dangerous the street could be or how dangerous talking with a strange man could be , and if a child feel like his parents do everything he wants he will feel like having the control them .So,the parents have to impose their authority.

When the sons are teenagers,the things should change, because a teenager sometimes needs more their parents than a child because, a teenager is discovering all the new things in life even bad things like drugs or alcohol so that's why, the parents should support them.

When the sons have their own family the parents must live their sons alone to live their own lives and to face their own problems, because they are mature people and the parents should give just pieces of advice  only .

The Internet

I think that the invention of the internet is the most important in the last 200 years.The Internet is used for everyone and it has become a necessity for work for meetings and even to have classes on the internet , you couldn't read my blog if the internet hasn't exist, all that things shows how important it is to our lifes,therefore a good invention has advantanges and disadvantages.

There are many advantages, for example you can contact your family that are outside of your country,another benefit is that you can buy whatever you want on the internet like food,clothes or everything you want or even book a reservation on a luxurious hotel .

Also,there are many disadvantages.One disadvantage is that the internet is so easy to use so that, it is easy to use for the criminals too ,and they can find your location,they can play you a trick on and when you're trying to buy things on the internet they steal all your money.Another drawnback,is that you can get viruses from the internet and it makes you lose all your important information .

To conclude, the internet has became a necessity nowadays but,we have to be carefull about using it

A Sad Ending

Surfing the Internet, I found these websites that you can buy and sell stuff online.
Well, I was interesting in buying a cellphone because the one I had was broke and too old. I was looking for one that had everything. Touch screen, WiFi connection, camera, dual sim and usb cable. These were some of the characteristics for my suitable cell phone.
It took me a while to find a publication in Mercado Libre. It was a Nokia N97 model!!! It had everything that I wanted. But something was wrong, there were some pictures posted of the cell phone and it looked like if it were a fake Nokia, still it was cheaper than a real one.

Once I made up my mind, I bought it. At first, everything was going well.
I kept my music on my cellphone and listened to it everyday for hours and I also had access to facebook, youtube and other applications. In brief, it was very useful for me and I went everywhere with it.
Five months later, I was very disappointed. My "new cellphone" started going wrong. It only lasted three hours when it was turned on. The camera stopped working and I couldn't get calls. It wasn't what I expected after all. But at least I learned my lesson, there's nothing better than a reliable place to buy.

The Unique Way to Have a Good Life: Communication

In my opinion parents and children should pay more attention between each other.It is very important for parents to be able to communicate openly and effectively with their children. Also children need to have confidence to share any problems with their parents.

Now a days, the communication take an important role in the life of each family because parents are busy all the time so they have to believe that their children are fine during the time that they are not with them.

For example, when children are in school, there always exist the possibility that they can be victims of bullying, so they have to believe that they can trust with their parents at any situation and tell them that they have problems in school.

But when is the case of a teenager its different because they feel that can´t trust their parents, they prefer to talk with their friends and share their problems with them. That’s because teenager have a different way to think and express, so they think that their parents don’t understand them. I think that parents need to find some way to talk with them.

On the other hand, children and teenager have to think how much effort put their parents to talk with them. Also teens have to think that their parents are always worried about them.

So I think that children and teenager have to respect their parents and appreciate how much love their parents give to them.

To conclude, I think that the base of any happy family is the communication, so parents need to take time to talk with their children and ask them how was their day. Also children have do their best and trust in their parents at any circunstance becuase they always want the best for their children.

Communication is The Base For Any Relationship

In my opinion, both, parents and children should pay attention to each other. Even though, many people think that just parents should listen to their children, I do think that to have a good relationship, it has to be shared.

Nowadays, if a family wants to have economic stability, they opt for working each one, and if there are children involved, that is when they lose communication. Some parents are conscious about this, and they try to fix it giving a lot of things, but material things, that have a little importance but are not the most important, instead of giving them the most important that is "attention".

Take for example, how lost is communication between parents and children that if you ask some teen, what do they do when they have a problem, or who do they talk with? The most of the teenagers would say that they prefer to talk to a friend first, that talk to their mother or father. And I think it's not their fault, because communication begins from parents, they are the first to have to inculcate communication, and try to find time after work for talking. Just this year, number of suicides of teenager have increased, we see them on the news, and when someone ask parents, what really happened, they have no idea, or they answer saying that they do not understand why their children made that decision, that is not the correct, sure, but we are not here to judge anyone.

And for children, sometimes we do not understand our parents, either. We have to be conscious that anybody taught them how to be parents, and try to find a solution for this problem, when they can't, maybe we can show them how helpful we are.

So, it's time to reflect about what we are making, sometimes a simple question can make a difference, we must worry more about our family. Keep in mind that, friends are counted them with one hand, but our family is not, they will always be there, for something we need.

Commucation, The Best Option to Avoid Problems

I strongly believe parents and children should pay attention to each other because I do think communication is important in a relationship between parents and children, let me explain my point of view.

We know many parents are addictive to work they often are, so they focus on their responsibilities at work, relationships, money, etc and they forget about responsibilities being parents. I am really sure being parents 
is more than give to your kids  : toys, clothes, education or whatever they ask.

These things are good bit aren´t   the most important part. Children need attention, everybody has problems, children does. Parents shouldn´t ignore them take for example, if a kid  is victim of bullying at school but  his parents don´t care about him, they never go to his school and ask about his studies , the kid  is supposed  to talk about  this situation  to his parents but he won´t do  it because  there isn´t  trust  and then, what happen? Parents regret not paying attention to their children but it´s too late,  they should have communicated  with the kid before in order to prevent bad things. Parents has the responsibilities to take care about their kids  ,so they must pay attention especially when children do not live with both parents.  The tutor had better treat a kid with more attention, love and patient because it´s hard  for kids  not to have their parents living with them they have  to overcome with this situation for a long time but I am sure they can do it , kids are really strong .On the other hand I do think kids, teenagers have to  respect their parents ´opinions , I know this could be difficult sometimes ,but they love us and want the best for us, besides they  will never hurt us , they know more about life so they can help us with any problem . We ought to listen to them , just so we will avoid many problems , in conclusion ,communication is the base for a good relationship between parents and children.

There are a lot of inventions in our world, some are necessary, others aren’t. But I consider one of the best, “The Smartphone”.

As its own name say it, this Smartphone, can replace the conventional computer. It’ has been built with a wide space to store data. It is useful because is like a computer, you can do the same activities using the Smartphone and it is portable because you can take it in your pocket wherever you go.

But those are not the only advantages of the Smartphone.

*Wi Fi: The Smartphone has Wi Fi connection. That means that if you don’t have internet, you can use it free.

*Music: You don’t even need to have an MP3 player to listen to music; it has an incorporated memory where you can save the music you most like.

*Whassap App: This application is available for Smartphones, and it’s a kind of chat where you can send free messages to your contacts, and also it’s easy to download from App Store.

Besides that, this Smartphone is still a cellphone, so it’s important to mention that when there is a seism or an earthquake and the signal doesn’t work well because the movement, you can use the text messages still.

The Smartphone is an invention of the XXI Century, and It’s arrived to change the world of cellphones. And just to imagine, today are Smartphones, tomorrow we don’t have any idea. The world changes and along with it, changes the technology.

In my opinion Cell phones are the most important invention of the last 200 years for several reasons.

First of all, Cell phones became an important element of our life. That's because it have changed the word communication. Cell phones save time and make it easier for people to communicate. In other words we can say that Cell phones make the word smaller because we can get connected at each other even when we are staying at different part of the world in just a minute. 

For example, in the past we had to wait hours to communicate with others to whom we use to meet every day. Even if we wanted to talk with our family members, we had been waiting for them to come back home and then we could speak to them or we needed to wait to call us from a landline phone. We could move from the place of our phone.

Also Cell phones are very practical and portable because we can take it where ever we want. For example, Cell phones are essential for workers whom travel a lot and they aren't at home during the daytime.

The Cell phones can save our live and make us feel safe because if there is an emergency or an accident, we can make an inmediately call and solve our problems.

In conclusion, I think that Cell phones are essential in our life because they can make our life easier. Also they keep us in contact with other people and help us in many different situations.

In my opinion the most important invention in the last 200 years is the tablet, it´s obvious that , small computers have changed the way people use to live.

First of all what is the tablet?, well   a tablet is a mobile computer with display, circuitry and battery in a single unit. You only need your hands to use it because it has a touch screen and a virtual keyboard.

 It has been design by many big companies, for example: Apple, Samsung, Palaroid, Microsoft , etc.

About the features of this product, some of them are:

·        Bluetooth for connecting  and communicating with local devices.

·        Keyboard and USB port(s).

·        GPS satellite location.

·        Wireless internet connectivity usually with Wi-Fi standard.

·         Reader for digital books, periodicals and other content

·        Downloadable apps such as games, education and utilities.

·        E-mail and social media

·        Mobile phone functions (messaging, speakerphone, address book)

·        Video-teleconferencing

·        Speech recognition

Talking about the advantages ,I think  it´s really easy to use in many places  where is difficult to carry a  keyboard and  a mouse, also  the battery life is longer than  a laptop´s battery  , not only that you can be in touch with people wherever you are  and surf the web to get information, entertainment , for working, homework, etc.

The downside of this product could be:

A tablet does not offer space for relaxation wrist, besides, the user will have to move your arm constantly while writing. Not only that the screen of a tablet is more manipulated than a laptop´s one so it has a big risk of damage and a misuse, in addition the price of a tablet is kind of expensive, that´s the reason why The sale of personal tablets has grown little since 2001 .

Personally speaking, I am sure these small computers are really useful and can make life easier for people who work and study. I really want to get one .

What Happens When You Do Not Ask For Pemission to Your Mom

I remember last year I wanted to go to Fito Paez concert, I like his music a lot and when I saw by TV that he would come to Peru, first thing I thought was “I have to go anyway”.

The concert was going to be at Monumental  Stadium and it is far away from my home, also the concert  would  start too late, so that’s why I didn’t tell nothing to my mom.

Then, when the day of the concert came, my mon was not at home, and she’d returned until night, without think twice I called my fríend and told her that I would go. We were late, so we hurried up and took the first bus we saw to go to the stadium, but when we were on Javier Prado avenue the traffic was terrible, we re stuck on the traffic about forty minutes. It was 7:45p.m, and the concert started at 8, she told me so get a taxi, so that we could arrive at time. Even though it was late I wanted to tried, so we got a taxi from Javier Prado avenue to Ate, the taxi driver was driving fast but not enough to arrive at 8.

Finally, we arrived at 8:25p.m and we couldn’t listen to 3 of our favorites songs, I was angry for that, but I tried to enjoy the concert. Then, while I was going home back, I had many missed calls in my cellphone from my mom, and when I was at home again, she yelled at me and punished me without going out.

I thought I’d have a good day, but it turned out in one of the worse. 

The Best Things in Life are The Ones that are Unexpected

When I started dating my girlfriend I thought that we weren't going to be together the time that we are dating now, because we are totally different and all our friends told us that we were going to break up , even we thought in the same way at the beggining of our relathionship.Also,that time a boy was pretending her and my ex-girlfriend was pretending me.Besides that,I cheated on my girlfriend with my ex girlfriend who was pretending me because,my girlfriend used to treated me in a bad way and my ex-girlfriend treated me well.Also,my girlfriend liked the boy who was pretending her,after 4 months she cheated on me with a boy who met in the same day

Afortunately, after that,everything turned out better and since that days all is happiness.And now I feel totally in love with her and does too.Therefore, we are dating for a year and 2 months, besides that , we want to be together for the rest of our lifes .

Eduardo's Life

Hi, I'm Eduardo ,my name is Eduardo because my father names in the same way.I was born
In 1998 at Rebagliati's hospital in Jesus Maria.In that time,I used to live in San Martin de Porres but then, I moved to Breña,where I live now.I have been living there for 10 years.I have studied in Santa Maria de Breña until I moved to Albert Einstein school.I plan to move the next year to Trilce school,because I think this school is better than the others ,and studying there I will have more posibilities to be in the university.I live with my  mother,who is a nurse and with my father,who is an engineer.And also,I live with my pet"Gigio" that is a cat .I have been having  my pet"Gigio" for a year, I think that is the best pet I could have.I have been studying at ICPNA since 2008.If I have studied in diary classes since that year,I would have finished all ICPNA courses.The next year,I am going to apply to San Marcos,Calletano and Cientifica universities.By the time,2015, I will have finished all my ICPNA courses.I would like to be a doctor that's why I will apply to San Marcos university.I have a girlfriend and I have been dating her for a year and two months.Besides that,we are planning to be married in the future.

Carlos's Life

I'm Carlos Angeles. I'm 20 years old. I've lived in Callao all my life. I live with my father and my bothers.
I'm the youngest of two brothers. My parents are separated but in spite of that everyone in my family gets along well with each other.

My school life was okay. I tried to get good grades and not to fail any subject. The only subject I really stood out was in English. I remember some of my friends would come up to me and ask me if I could help them with their English homeworks several times, that was something I was always willing to do.
When I was 9, I realized that I cut out for to be a translator. Whenever I saw something in another language, I wanted to know the meaning of it.

After graduating from high school, I decided to study English at ICPNA, it's been a long time since then
and my English has improved.
I'm going to apply to Cesar Vallejo university next year. I would like to become a translator because I've always wanted to speak a lot of languages since I was a child. One of my biggest dreams is to speak Japanese. As a matter of fact, I was going to take Japanese lessons but they cost a lot of money, so I couldn't afford them. But I never give up, that's why I've been learning it on my own. By the time I study Japanese seriously, I'll have learned a lot by myself.

I have other aspirations but they're also related to languages. I just need to try hard to make them happen.

Daniel's Life

Well, my name is Daniel Leon Chicoma. I was born on June 15th 1993. I'm 20 years old. I live with my parents and my two siblings in Ventanilla-Callao. When I was a child I lived in Cercado de Lima then I moved and have been living in Ventanilla for 15 years. About my childhood, I think I had a great childhood, I spent the time with my friends, we played a lot of games in my neighborhood like "Escondidas", "Mata gente", and those kinds of games that has been replaced for tablets and cellphones in this generation. I also used to ride skate when I was 12 years but I had an accident in my head, I crashed against a light post, since then I stopped riding my skate. Well, about my life school, I studied all my life in the same school, Antonio Raymondi, where I met really good friends whom I still see. Then when I finished secondary, I started studying Computer Science at Idatur, and after that, I wanted to study English, I always liked it even when I was at school but at school I didn't pay it the enough attention, so I started studying at ICPNA, I've been studying there for more than two years. Now I want to focus on learning English perfectly, so I am going to take the methodology course when I finish the advanced course next year. About my goals, I have many goals in life that I want to achieve, but I would like to talk about only one, I’d like to work on a cruise ship (that's one of the reasons why i'm studying english), where I can make money and know all the world at the same time, and I’m conscientious that It is not going to be easy, but, I am also conscientious that if you want to get something in life you have to try very hard.

An Unexpected Ending

I had to read a part of the book “One hundred years of solitude” because I would have an evaluation in school. I didn´t read the book because I didn't have time to read it. I was afraid because this evaluation was going to be pretty important.

The next day in school, the class started and immediately the teacher asked to one girl about the book but she didn't answer. Then another girl and another boy but no answer. They could not answer because they hadn't read the book too.

The teacher was very angry and he asked who else hadn't read the book. I am just a girl who like to tell the truth so I raised my hand. Someone behind me did the same.

It was terrible. We got scolded by the teacher and I felt so bad because the teacher would give me a bad grade.

Then the teacher, hoping that somebody would answer, asked to the class questions about the book but nobody answered.

Finally the teacher, tired of this, asked who in the class had read the book but no one had.

So the girl behind me and myself we got congratulated for our honesty. The teacher said if everyone had been so honest we would not have wasted so much time. By the end the teacher gave us one week more to read the book.

Everything turned out better

Well I used to lived in SJL, but  about 3 years  ago  I received news that changed my life in different ways.

I graduated from high school in 2010 and I had done many plans  for me and my future;  first I was going to apply for San Marcos university in that year , I though I would be in Italy spending  the summer with my siblings; my father told us that he would built our house ,in order to get more space and comfort for my family; I was really happy about what was going on in my life ,everything was perfect and it was supposed that everything would come out as I expected .

One day  ,while i was watching tv   ,my dad came to us and told us that he  had decided to accept a job in callao, everybody turned white and I got really angry  because  I  knew  I had to leave my house, neighborhood, friends , etc; finally I did it , I was a teenager so  I depended on my parents.

At first I had many problems to accept this drastic change  , I coped with  the noise of the airplanes, the weather and  the silence of my new neighborhood  cause I used to live  in a noisy and funny neighborhood.

Anyway , it was hard  but everything happens for a reason,  I got used to living here , now I have a good job that I love ,I study English and I enjoy doing this  maybe I didn´t apply for san Marcos but I will attend in san martin university , I had a better and spacious house, I met a lot of people, got new really good friends that became important in my life  , maybe everything  turned  out differently from what I expected, but ,finally I loved this change.

Andrea's Life

My name is Andrea Chirre Gaona. I was born on May first of 1998. My parents are Hector Chirre and Juana Gaona. I have two siblings, they are Adrian and Gabriela. I’m the second child and I’m fifteen years old. I live in a big house with three floors in Callao. On the first floor live my grandparents and my uncle; on the second floor live my family and me and on the third floor live my cousin, my aunt and my uncle.I have lived in the same house all my life.

I study at Liceo Naval school. I have been studying in this school for seven years. I'm in fourth grade and I'm going to finish the school the next year.

In 2006, I traveled to Piura with my family to visit our family. We stayed in my uncle’s house and we visited many places there like Mancora and Catacaos.

When I was eight years old I traveled to Iquitos with my family because of my father's work. We had lived there for five years. In Iquitos, I studied in Liceo Naval School and I made many good friends. Also I in Iquitos I started to practice a lot of sports and now I practice soccer and basketball every time I have free time.

About my future, I want to study forensic medicine so I will apply to San Marcos University the next year. And by the end of my career, I’ll have traveled to another country to improve my knowledge about medicine.

Patty's Life

I  am Patricia Mejia , Im 19 years old, I lived in SJL for about 16 years then I moved to Callao and I have been here since 2010.

Since I was a child I liked English a  lot , in fact I was really good at it. I used to read a lot of English textbooks and  magazines,  but when I was in high school I stop doing this. Well  I graduated from high school in 2010 then I moved to Bellavista and decided to attend at Icpna.

I have been studying for about 2 years and, after I finish studying  English ,I will take French and Italian classes because  I would like to travel to these countries, in fact I was going to go there last summer but, I couldn´t because of lack of money, anyway I will do it.

By the time next year, I will have quit my job and focus on my career at San Martin university, I forgot to say that I work as a teacher  at school it´s hard , you have to be patient and responsible ,sometimes I would be really tired  when I work more than 10 hours , but being a teacher is a satisfactory job.

Well the point is next year, I will be attending in San Martin university to be a Psychologist,  because I think that I can help people in trouble , people that can´t be save themselves and take bad decisions  to escape from their problems , and I am sure that, if I can do something  for these people I will do it .
